Entry 4- Do what you love

I think that for this entry I am going to just basically list out the things I learned this week. I can't figure out a way of saying everything I want to in a nice way that ties them all together so they are a bit sporadic.

In the article How Will You Measure Your Life? by Clayton M. Christensen he mentions several great points.

First, he teaches about the importance of learning to come to your own answers. Instead of handing someone all the answers to life, he teaches them methods and they can usually figure out a solution on their own. I like that.
Second, To discover your purpose in life, not just once, but every day.
Third, "It is easier to hold to your principles 100% of the time than it is to hold to them 98% of the time."
Decide now what your principles and commitments are and stick to them. "Just this once"......is false thinking. FACT.
Lastly Christensen points out that Truly humble people seem to be those with the best self-esteem. Far too often people mistake being humble for belittling ones self. That is not true.

So now let's move on to the videos, a couple things for ya:

-Do what you love because you will be better at it.

-Find out what you were born to do. What makes you the happiest?

-If you are having trouble figuring out what you love to do, keep a notebook journal and record your life and when you feel the happiest.

-Each day make a better decision than the one you did yesterday

So, here's a recap: Find out what you love to do an do it. With Integrity, all the time. Find Your Purpose again and again and help inspire others.
